Mohit holds more than 7 years of experience in Banking & Finance, Regulatory and Litigation. Mohit has previously worked in apex housing finance regulator of India and played an instrumental role in regulatory inspections of more than 5 Housing Finance Companies having combined assets base of more than $10 billion.

Mohit has advised various startups on corporate and commercial transactions and helped them to navigate through regulatory grey areas, especially in new age technologies like blockchain, NFTs, unmanned air vehicles and carbon offset technologies. Mohit also helps startups to meaningfully resolve the regulatory concerns and red flags. Mohit mainly focuses on advising clients to devise strategy to fight/defend legal disputes so that the clients can have an advantage even before approaching the courts. Mohit also serves as a Director on the Board of Skillflare Technologies Private Limited.
