What is the procedure to file case through DigiLaw? +
  1. If you want to avail a specified service, fill the relevant form. Else, fill the free consultation form and we will lay out some of your legal options.
  2. Within 24 hours, we will send you a fee quote along with payment link, if we accept your case.
  3. Post payment confirmation, we will start working on your case. You can track status and updates on your case through our online platform.
  4. If we will need your signature, one of our authorized representative will get it done from your address.
What is the basis on which we accept cases? +

Please understand that we are governed by the regulations laid down by the Bar Council of India. We will not accept your case if it conflicts with any of the extant guidelines of the Bar Council of India.
One probable and most common reason on which we refuse to accept the case is conflict of interest.

What all is included in Free Consultation? +

As part of free consultation, a lawyer from our team will discuss your issue in detail. He will give you some preliminary opinions and lay out some of your legal options.
Please understand that by seeking free consultation, you do not become our client and therefore, you are advised not to disclose confidential information pertaining to your case during free consultation.

What is the turn-around time for different services? +

The turn-around time (TAT) depends on various factors and therefore, varies from case to case. To know about TAT, simply fill the form and we will provide the fee quote along with the TAT.
A case is usually filed within 7-10 working days. A legal opinion is usually given in 4-5 working days. A legal notice is sent within 4-5 days from the date of payment.

What type of cases can be filed through our portal? +

At present, writ petition, commercial suits, all type of consumer complaints, complaints for medical negligence, and RERA complaint can be filed through our portal. There are various implementation challenges in other type of cases because of the usual delays in such cases.
However, in other type of cases, we can help you to connect with one of the advocates. (Simply let us know). Such cases will be filed by the advocate directly and you will not be able to track the status and updates through our platform.

What areas do we serve? +

Currently, we have presence in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad), the state of Haryana and Punjab. We are gradually expanding and will soon have pan-India presence.

What fees do we charge? +

We quote flat fee before taking up any case. No fees outside the quotation would be charged at any point in time.
